Castle Rock

Castle Rock is a natural choice for folks who want a small town atmosphere but with the convenience of city amenities close by. Located due south of Denver on I-25 and north of Colorado Springs, Castle Rock has it all, easy access, views, open space, affordable housing and friendly folks. It is not uncommon to find two people living in Castle Rock and commuting to either Denver or Colorado Springs.

The community concentrates on maintaining open space so we can all enjoy its beauty. Large tracks of land have been set aside for parks, trails and the city completed a full service recreational facility in 1988. Eight miles west of Castle Rock, covering over one-third of Douglas County is Pike National Forest, featuring magnificent canyons, hiking, camping, picnics and trout fishing.

For golfers the area offers three private country clubs plus two new public courses. The International Golf Tournament is played annually at Castle Pines.
